"Strengthening the Third Side to Achieve Peace" is from a workshop given by Dr. William Ury in Caracas, Venezuela, in February 2003. It was produced by the Carter Center and promoted by Vale TV. Dr. Ury presented this workshop in Venezuela at the end of the National Civic Strike that lasted 2 months, between December 2002 and January 2003 and paralyzed Venezuela.
